Today, second grade Global Course students in the elective "Global Home Economics" class took part in a special lesson on the making of fish soup stock by the master chief of the Heihachi Tea House Inn. It was an opportunity for the students to learn about the history and traditions of washoku traditional Japanese cooking as well.
