Recent activities

This is our submission to "Obento Koushien," a kind of food contest.
We tried to make side dishes using dashi (a fish broth), and takoyaki-like inari-zushi (rice wrapped in fried tofu) to express KYOTO and the Kansai area.

Sakura jelly

Every year at our school, we are fascinated by the beautiful yaezakura (cherry blossoms with 5 or more petals).
We make a pickled syrup from the flowers we've picked.
By trial and error in trying to find a practical application for this syrup in cooking, we discovered this sakura jelly to be the most beautiful.
We entered this into a cooking contest.
